Delta doesn't carry bags to hotels for you

Would these services improve customer experience? Absolutely. Would customers pay significantly more for them? Rarely.

Starting today:
List every process in your business
Ask: "Would customers pay extra for this level of quality?"
If no, calculate the cost of that over-delivery
Eliminate or streamline anything not explicitly valued
The goal isn't to reduce quality - it's to match your operational excellence with customer willingness to pay.
Remember: Cash flow is the bridge between operation and aspiration. Build that bridge strong, and everything else becomes possible.
